Jennifer A. Santangelo, VP Customer Support
Ms. Santangelo is a founder and serves as Vice President of Customer Services for Health Care DataWorks, Inc. She also holds the position of Team Manager for the Business Analytics group within the Information Warehouse department at The Ohio State University Medical Center.
Ms. Santangelo has over 15 years experience in health care information technology with over 11 years in health care information warehousing at The Ohio State University Medical Center.
Under her direction the business analytics team supports over 4,000 Information Warehouse customers. This support spans diverse customer groups such as Quality and Operations, Medical Information Management, Finance, Access and Revenue Cycle, Planning and Business Development and various clinical areas. The customer support also reaches into the clinical research communities who have successfully used information gathered from data stored in the Information Warehouse to further research funding and make clinical connections to improve patient care. The business analytics team is also providing support by using business intelligence tools to provide support in the form of dashboards, scorecards and customized reports.
Ms. Santangelo received her Bachelor of Arts from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, Steubenville Ohio.
