Pat Bickley, Product Manager
Pat Bickley is Health Care DataWorks’ Product Manager. Driven by the desire to improve the quality of healthcare, Bickley’s extensive experience spans more than 20 years specializing in multiple healthcare markets. Those markets include hospitals, public health and physician practices. Bickley is especially adept in helping healthcare systems capitalize by getting new solutions to market quickly. She has demonstrated the ability to build, mentor and lead highly collaborative technology teams while developing the technology solutions that work for her customers. Bickely is playing a key role in the development of Health Care DataWorks’ latest offering, KnowledgeEdge.
Prior to joining Health Care DataWorks, Bickley was the Director of Product Management with RelayHealth/McKesson. In this role she managed Revenue Cycle solutions for the hospital market. She also served as Director of Product Management at HTP.
As an Industry Research Consultant at Netsmart Technologies, Bickley leveraged the marketplace; accessing the competition, industry trends, current tracking data and historical data to support disciplined and informed decision-making. As the Director of Product Management and Research at CMHC Systems, Bickley directed a team of Product Managers responsible for managing UNIX and Windows enterprise wide product lines serving over 400 customers from the behavioral and public health markets.
